Mental Health

Joe Juke, Kevin Bouzane, and Tuna Vicious sprawled on the couches, a pile of snacks and supplements scattered on the coffee table.

“Alright,” Joe said, picking up a handful of almonds, “if we’re feeding the head, we’ve got to start with the basics: omega-3s. Fish, flax, chia… brain fuel, straight up.”

Kevin waved a gummy in the air. “Don’t forget vitamins! B12, D, magnesium… those little dudes keep the neurons from throwing a tantrum.”

Tuna Vicious smirked, popping a slice of avocado into his mouth. “Avocados, man. Good fats. Makes your thoughts creamy, smooth… like a jazz solo in your frontal lobe.”

Joe nodded solemnly. “And blueberries. Antioxidants. Your synapses are basically little engines—keep ‘em from rusting.”

Kevin leaned back. “Don’t sleep on mushrooms, either. Lion’s Mane, Reishi. Give the brain some magic. Neurogenesis, baby.”

Tuna tapped a jar of turmeric. “Anti-inflammatory, anti-chaos. Feed your head, not your panic.”

Joe laughed. “So the recipe is basically: fish, nuts, berries, mushrooms, avocado… and a sprinkle of vitamins to taste. The ultimate mental buffet.”

Kevin raised his water bottle. “To feeding the head. May our neurons party responsibly.”

Tuna clinked his smoothie against it. “And may our thoughts stay sharp enough to outwit the universe—or at least Kevin’s cooking.”
